“After a poor experience at the Northampton branch which left the balancing of the wheels incorrect and the steering wheel shaking. I spoke to Jamie i believe,who promptly answered the phone,gave me a allocated time. Slightly odd layout from parking to entrance however didn't effect the service. Wasnt ignored at reception and instantly the work was related to a co worker who used a seat cover and clean gloves to bring my car in. The balancing was redone and tracking checked within 30mins and ready to go. The balancing was previously well out and redone and the tracking was fine.my car instantly drove straight and no more shaking of the steering wheel.. everything you expect when having tyres replaced. The customer area isn't the best environment and the toilets are a state the same, which do let it down as the service is so much better. Just a little love and pride for the place would make such a difference for customers experience. Overall a positive experience,hassle free prompt work carried out in a good manner. Pictures are weight on wheel added at Northampton and the correct weight required done at rugby..no issues afterwards. Regret not using rugby in the first place.”

“!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Unless you fancy being spoken to like a piece of dirt. Absolutely awful experience. From the moment I walked in I was clearly a hassle. Apparently I was due at 8.30am fair enough but I had an email stating 9am drop off. I asked them if I should come back another day and he went on to say no but when you are not here on time you wreck my schedule for the day putting us all behind - Absolutely disrespectful manner in which he spoke to me. I then asked about adding a service and even said IF they had time - brake check and aircon check and asked if they were free or if not, what the costs are. The guy again treated me as if I was stupid to not understand the different services with aircons and brake checks, because I asked him politely to explain. Nonethless, after this I was told "bring it to bay 1". I went back to my car feeling quite upset about how rude he was in talking to me the way he did. Contemplating if I should cancel and go elsewhere, Chris then stood by Bay 1 and looked over to the other guy in the office and said "She is obviously in no (F)**** rush" That's when I thought, not a chance are they touching my car. Took my newly bought tyres and left. I will NEVER go back and I will ensure I tell as many ppl as possible to AVOID Mr Tyre Rugby at all costs.”

“I had an MOT that was finished within the hour and came back to collect it and had absolutely no problems with anyone or with the work they had done. Will return for my next one and other repairs. Ken on reception was very helpful!”
