The person who dealt with me was very kind and showed me what was wrong with my tyre and how the problem had not been solved in the previous place. He ensured of all my worries and did a great job. He has even asked me to do a follow up in a week just to make sure the issue has been sorted. I highly recommend for top quality people and service. “Arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment, but they still took my car in straight away. Friendly and very polite chap at the desk. Twenty minutes later the technician came out and said the valve on my tyre was loose, causing the slow and continual release of air. He's tightened it, and checked the remaining tyres. And there's no charge! As it's classed as an inspection. Even though it still took up 20 minutes of his time, I didn't have to pay. Certainly feel I would trust them with car problems in future, definitely recommend.”
