Absolute joke of a queue getting served. Tills upstairs never open. No, I don’t want a membership card. And no mens changing rooms upstairs.

I don't like this branch. The staff seem to be under the impression that customers are just an annoyance and you cam speak to and treat them however you like. I no longer shop at H&M, but choose Next or M&S (YES, YOUR COMPETITION IS NEXT DOOR!!!)
