“I was not a regular customer of Boots opticians, but when my usual opticians said they could not get me in for someone to look at one of my eyes that had developed a floater, I went across to Boots. Boots, however, managed to get me a quick appointment that fitted in with my schedule. On the day I attended my first appointment, I was given some eye drops, then returned a little later and received excellent care and a very thorough examination of my eyes. All of the people at Boots opticians were extremely helpful and professional, and I came away happy that there was nothing wrong with my eye.”

“It was my 1st visit and I was made to feel very welcome and all staff were friendly and helpful. I was unaware that there were rooms upstairs too yet unfortunately no lift however a member of staff kindly carried my pram upstairs and back down again so I didn’t miss out on my appointment . The optician was very thorough and was very kind & patient when my grandson got upset. Highly recommend using this store. Excellent customer service which you don’t see as much these days.”
