“I arrived at Rugby Asda at 17.25 to collect my dollars for my holiday. The website said it closed at 18.00hrs but the kiosk was already closed. I asked at Customer service and they pointed out the gent who had been working in there, doing his own shopping. He explained that a business decision had been made to close early, due to staff holidays, however the manager had not updated the website so that customers were aware. This wonderful gent, put his shopping to one side and opened up so that he could serve me. What an absolute star! I didn't catch his name unfortunately but, had it not been for him, this would have been an angry complaint email to Asda and my holiday ruined, but instead it's a round of applause which I sincerely hope is fed back to him for going above and beyond with his customer service!!”

I called up and they were really helpful and friendly and I was able to collect within 10mins with the online rate. The lady with long dark hair was so good so sorry I forgot your name but have good customer service.”
