“Got my euros and also exchanged them back with KellyHU. She was absolutely lovely and remembered me on my return even though it was more than a week since I’d last been. She must see a lot of people but she asked me all about my trip and remembered small details like how it was my first snowboarding holiday. This is a personal touch you don’t get very often anymore and it was really refreshing.”
