Shockingly slow, but they won't accept it. They sent an email saying they had my prescription on a Monday, I went back the following Monday and still not ready, so waited 25mins for it to be sorted. Absolutely useless pharmacist. Having been going there for years I thought I didnt want the change .... but seriously.... 15 days waiting for your prescription?! Four times I have been to collect. Store has a very unfriendly and unhelpful vibe. Staff standing around chatting, not engaging with customers. Overall management is appalling as it’s ok to ignore customers in this store. It wasn’t like this few years back! I’ll be avoiding this store at all costs
