To the Staff at Nuneaton branch on Saturday 19th of April- I had a very positive experience, they went above and beyond to ask about my charity fundraising event. I am not currently banking with Santander but I am highly considering changing due to the kind and happy staff I spoke with today

Not a good experiance. Contact by phone almost impossible.A personal visit to clarify "why they don't automaticlly change (upgrade)to the new 2023 interest rates" was greeted with " we don't have anbody qualified to that!!
