Staff here prioritise online orders over actual people who walk in but my main gripe is they block off where the tills are so it forces you to squeeze past people who are already waiting just to buy cigs… who ever designed this layout needs sacking

Slightly higher prices than a Sainsbury’s superstore, which is irritating. Staff are always pleasant in here though.
