“It's a small corner shop in a small area of a small town. It sells bits and bobs that the people nearby may need in an emergency etc.I wouldn't go there for a weekly shop, it'd cost many £££ more than Asda, but for when you wanna tret yersen me babbie, it's alright lark.”

“I’ll give a 5 because 9/10 times there’s always everything you need. However I come in here for one item only the majority of the time and that’s for Guinness. The only question i have is why don’t you ever put it in the fridge? I end up going to the premier instead as I can’t understand why it’s never in there.”

“Good size for a local Co-op store so plenty of choice of products. Off road parking (although most people are lazy and park on the road causing problems for other road users). Very friendly staff. ”

“This is perhaps one of the larger convenience stores in Nuneaton to operate under the 'Costcutter' branding. Rumour has it that the current store will be moving lock; stock and barrel into a brand new, purpose built building currently under construction a short walk away from the existing site. Exciting times lie ahead. The current grocery range is generally good, with a broad mix of ambient; fresh and frozen goods with a fair amount of promotional activity in store. Pricing varies, but due to the designation as a 'convenience' store, prices will be generally higher than in a comparable supermarket.Despite the slightly cramped nature of the shop floor environment, the store contains a post office counter at the rear which provides a wide range of services and is open six days a week. This will be a blessed relief to those whom, like me, hate; loathe and detest driving into the town centre!A free to use cash point; free car park and friendly staff will seal the deal for most customers.”

“Nice little store but there is always a queue to pay. Staff are polite. Prices higher than in a normal store but it is very convenient and sometimes there is a bargain or two. Store is always clean and parking is okay”

“A decent sized, and well stocked, Co-op. There usually a good selection of fresh bakery items available. In addition, there's a free cash point outside and Amazon lockers inside the store which is handy.”

“Great, a lot of vegan options considering it’s a small co-op. Wish there a bit more but I’m amazed they have as much as they do! Shame they discontinued the vegan sandwiches”

“Little Tesco’s, the smaller brother of big Tesco’s. Lots of things to buy, mostly food but they have other things as well. What more can I say. If you have been in one Tesco express you have been in them all.”

“We went to the co-op last sun and it was our daughters 4th birthday. She bought herself some sweets. The store manager Chris asked if she was out on her bike. She said yes and I said it was her birthday. He gave her her money back and said he'd buy them for her for her birthday. Big shout out to Chris. Thankyou so much x❤️”

“Lovely shop. Staff really friendly. Manager should not be in retail. Seen him on the shop floor three times now and each time he's been as useful as a chocolate fireguard. First time there was a large queue and he stood next to the till talking to a mate for five minutes totally ignoring the queue. Next time he was standing looking at a stack of beer, again totally ignoring the fact that a queue was building at the tills and ignores the bells ringing from the cashier asking for help. And I've just been in tonight and he was actually behind the counter! But counting tobacco and managing to ignore the queue that was almost out the door. I know stock taking has to take place but we were always taught the customer comes first. I feel sorry for his staff.”

“Nice enough apart from the rude tall male member of staff who seems to have issues and shouldn't be working with the public.Edited: The acting Store manager called me back after I made an in store complaint. It was handled very well and appreciated. Have changed review to reflect the rest of the store as the other staff are always helpful and friendly.”
