Brilliant customer service from Sonika. I had just bought ice cream, but had forgotten my house keys. My housemates couldn’t get home for another hour, and the weather was quite warm. I asked for help from Sonika and she helpfully placed my products in a freezer and said I could keep them there until my housemates arriver... read full comment

My latest visit really left a sour taste in my mouth. I went to the checkout only to discover that nobody was actually on them. People with baskets all going to the self service checkouts. I had to struggle to fit my shopping on, no idea what people with big trolleys had to do.
