“It’s a beautiful well kept shop. As soon as I walked in there I could tell this place was someone different. I was greeted by many lovely staff (nirthys uncle) There is a wide range of sweeties and chocolate and super cheap 10/10 do recommend. I used to do my daily shop at leam drinks now I shop here at lol express”
“It's a great shop,with long working hours.One bad thing,they sell 'meal deals' which require cutlery, usually there is available wooden cutlery,but once it runs out,staff can't help you,cuz it gets delivered once a week Monday.Working people buys meal deals for their lunch and eats it in cars or at work,but without cutlery,you can't buy meal ? unless you have to carry your own”

“Hi I would like to praise this store as me and my partner brought 24 cans of Coca Cola yesterday and left it outside to wait for a Uber home and I got in touch with the store to say what had happened and they looked on there cctv and found that we did leave it outside as originally thought. The staff are always helpful and well mannered thanks once again.”

“Good shop with good prices and is the place I go if I can't get what I want in TESCO or Sainburrys. The staff here are polite and helpful along with Tesco and Sainburrys. The shop next door has staff that are not that polite and happy so its good to see the top 3 shops are have helpful and polite staff.”

“This Tessco express store has everything you would expect from a tesco of its size.It has a decent selection of good quality food items for reasonable prices.It also has a very large carpark which makes shopping here much easier.”

“Had a good experience in store today.
I was interested in an Air Fryer. It had cosmetic damage as it was a display item. The manager very kindly gave me a 50% discount!
Super chuffed with it. Tried it out (after cleaning it), and so far so good! Many thanks Manager!”

“Visit this shop often and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Kyle, Katy and Dan are always on hand to help with a smile hence my rating and I see them working hard.
HOWEVER the manager Michelle is appalling. I bought some goods recently with a friend and they were literally flung at me across the counter with no smile and a ‘can’t be bothered attitude’. My friend who was visiting actually commented on her rudeness which is unlike him. I have also heard her speak to staff in a condescending derogatory way. I overheard her being extremely unkind to a staff member about a holiday.she felt he shouldn’t have had.. I was appalled that I could actually see the conversation going ahead on the shop floor and the upset on the lads face trying to stay strong. As a male i didnt want to intervene for fear of being tarnished with some harassment allegation but I was horrified. The stock has diminished she she has been there so choice is limited. Michelle is most unprofessional and I’m amazed her staff want to work there. If it wasn’t for the aforementioned staff I would certainly shop elsewhere”
