I have been with “Abbey National” & Santander for 40 yrs and a ‘Select customer’ for more than 20 yrs. I have always found them helpful and their products met my needs. Very slow. Only one cashier on duty. Went to NatWest next....complete contrast. Glad I closed my Santander account
