“Been having problems since my last eye test.Went in for a recheck with Ammar who listened without interruption while I explained in detail of my previous eye tests.Very thorough test and didn't finish until he was satisfied with my responses. Ordered some new glasses based on his test so fingers crossed, they'll be perfect as my 2 year old pair were when new.”
“I’ve been using this pharmacy for under a year but it’s the nicest and friendliest pharmacy I’ve ever used. The team are always so polite even though they’re clearly rushed off their feet.I went in today, after not being in since 02/02 to pick up my wife’s prescription, the same day I lost my job and I was not in a good way but they recognised this and when I went in today (18/03) the lovely lady there remembered who I was and asked how I was which I feel is going above and beyond considering I am not in there often enough to be a regular! Amazing service from a lovely bunch of people!”

The lady that served me was lovely, very patient while I asked to sample about ten different fragrances and signed me up to a membership for the discount. Would happily come back here again pleasant experience and great customer service ?”
“The customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. I was getting a bit desparate trying to source HRT and was brushed off at a few pharmacies before I called this one. Despite national shortages Rebecca managed to get the right brands in for me within a day. All the staff seemed really lovely and helpful. Thank you!”

“Used Birk & Nagra in Whitnash as they can now help with ear infections. The Pharmacist was really helpful and kind with my son. She was really thorough and gave useful advice which we followed to help with the ear problem. The Pharmacist then followed up with a phone call after the visit a few days later to check that my son was ok. I would definitely recommend using the service as the Pharmacist was able to spend longer with us than the GP is able to, they have access to medical records too. An excellent experience, thank you.”
