The engagement ring I bought turned out too big (my fault). Went into store to get it resized with my fiancee. We stressed multiple times that neither of us knows anything about rings, or has ever worn them before. They measured her finger and sent it to get resized. When picking it up again, it was still too big.
Got told that 'we agreed to the new size and the warranty only covers one resizing and another resizing is 130 Pounds'.
Absolute scam. They took no responsibility.
EDIT: After calling their customer service line as the reply advised, I am receiving a refund for the second resizing of 130 Pounds. Upping the stars from 2 to 3.

Really disappointed with the service here. I purchased a watch from the Reading store where the staff were so lovely and helpful. The item was not in store so needed to be ordered and we had arranged for it to be delivered to the Leamington Spa store. I was told the watch had arrived, but when I went to collect the staff was not particularly friendly nor helpful. I had the order receipt which I was told was not enough even though the store had been informed prior that the item will be arriving. I returned to the store a few months (6) as the watch battery had already died. I asked about whether this was covered as a Longines battery should not go after 6 months. I was told they don?t cover it, I have to pay or go to a cheap battery shop in the same mall. Given the service was so great in the Reading store, I am disappointed at how unhelpful and friendly the Leamington store is.

Im a visitor in the UK and went to your Leamington Spa Branch at Priors last week to check on a natural diamond ring. All ladies there were really helpful & friendly. As Im the smallest size in rings they helped to identify the accurate size & got the ring availability checked at other locations & delivery confirmed. We completed the transaction & today it arrived as promised and I was informed promptly by text & a phone call. I collected the item with much joy. Your designs and workmen-ship is classy. Finish is so good. A sincere Thank You to the three ladies who helped through out the process. ???
