Bought a watch with money that was left by a grandparent, i took it back to ernest jones for a battery replacement 18 months ago. Since then its taken on water and they are quoting me £550 to fix it because it needs new hands due to rust. They are trying to place the blame on me as the user but it was supposed to be waterproof...
