The staff are always so nice and helpful — they take the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything is clear. I feel really welcomed and taken care of. Most of the time I am serviing by Rayhan. Thank you for the great service!

Firstly the branch has a ridiculous interior whereby you can't see where the counter is and the area for face to face enquiries is woefully inadequate with no space for active management of a queue.
