Why do they need to have air conditioning on in cafe, you serve hot food and within seconds its cold, i would give zero but didn't give option!!!

The staff where really disrespectful and unprofessional we ended up complaining and ended up getting kicked out of the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS TESCO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AUFULL!
