Extremely rude and unpleasant older lady working behind the counter. Multiple occasions she has been Extremely rude when posting parcels or collecting them. Other staff are lovely and have no issues with doing it

The parking has been improved for disabled drivers and it really really makes a difference and I am going to come here much more often
