Went down hill since Christine and Caroline left. I get a weekly prescription, I come at the same time every week and I’m still waiting 35 - 45 mins. You can actually here the staff disrespecting the customers who are upset about waiting for 40 mins plus

Absolutely shocking service, they never answer the phone, there doesn't seem to be any kind of system or reasoning behind how they get or give the prescriptions out. I will not be using this pharmacy again

Feel sorry for the staff, impossible job dealing with rude public who have no patience- we all have to queue. Probably need a bigger premises with more staff to deal with 17,000 patients from the surgery next door! My one concern is when I went to collect a prescription, they could only dispense part of it & asked me to...
