“I have been feeling rubbish all week , I didn't want to get worse over the bank holiday weekend, so I phoned the pharmacy this morning asking for a consultation with the pharmacist , they gave me an appointment for mid day , I got checked over and given antibiotics within half an hour, absolutely fantastic service, taking pressure off the GP's

“Laura was my first contact in the opticians, she was cheerful, helpful and very professional in her role. Peter was the optician who carried out my eye test. He too was thoroughly professional, had excellent communication skills and explained everything very well during the eye test. In addition he had a very friendly manner and a good sense of humour”

“My adult son who has autism and ADHD was running out of ADHD medication and was extremely anxious. The pharmacy ordered medication for him which came in less than 24 hours. I then got the opening times wrong to collect the medication and the staff waited after their closing time for me to arrive. Can’t recommend this pharmacy highly enough, professional, efficient and very friendly.”

“The girls are amazing and work their socks off, the company need to pull their finger out and sort it or that will be closed next because the abuse the girls are getting is the same as well57 and look how that turned out!!! 2 shops worth of work with no staff is ridiculous, and the lazy incompetent and newly qualified locums they send do not help the situation at all, the girls are being slated all over social media when infact they are working endlessly going in at 7 am and working through lunches to try and keep up with the endless demand of work, your going to loose all the staff at this rate and then have another closure, all this because you love to make cut backs and redundancies, it's a joke, sort it out well before all the girls end off sick with mental health issues and stress again!!!!!”

“Do the people in the Brynteg area realise how extremely fortunate we are to have this wonderful facility on our doorstep? The staff are always willing to help, remain polite on every occasion, even when they are rushed off their feet with a crowded shop. They are always willing to find out at what stage your prescription is at. A massive thank you to the pharmacist and every one who works there, they all give 100% of themselves. Without a doubt this is the busiest and best Pharmacy in Wrexham. They deserve to be commended.”
