I only call my GP if absolutely necessary, I have to take time off work to make the calls. 452 attemptsto get through today ? all face to face appointments gone. This process can't continue

Treharris Primary Care Centre is part of the Valleys Medical Group we are a modern purpose built health centre conveniently located in Treharris high street and incorporating a NHS doctors surgery, dentist and a pharmacy. We currently have 2 male and 3 female partners in the practice, we also have 2 x advanced nurse practioners and 2 practice nurses and health care support workers. We also have a GP support officer, physiotherapist and pharmacist. Oaklands surgery operates as a branch surgery serving the village of Bedlinog and incorporates a dispensary. We have exprienced reception staff and skilled management. We are commited to providing a friendly and high quality health and wellbeing service to the locality we serve.
