Asked for a table for 5 the place was empty n she said they don't take large parties. I would hardly call 5 people a large party. We went elsewhere n had a great night

Rude staff who wouldn’t let us book a table, told it would be busy although there was only 2 people in and we wanted to come back in only twenty minutes. No atmosphere and the lady who apparently was the owner didn’t deserve the custom.

Came across The Old Ship on a rainy and windy day in North Wales. It's a nice old pub with bags of character. We had a lovely lunch which exceeded our expectations. Everything freshly cooked from scratch and absolutely delicious!
