Terrible service, always fobbing me off, medications always late or my son goes without, never answer phones and if you turn up in person she refused to speak with me or check my prescription she said I can’t drop off my prescription I asked if she could answer a question about it and she said no I’d have to come back...

After constantly fobbing me off with excuses and lies, (saying they would email the surgery and sort it out,) I had to get my doctor to write an emergency replacement script. Turns out they hadn't even requested my repeat script which was due on 24th june , until 2nd July, collected it from surgery on 4th july and lost...

Avoid like a plague. Was good until April, staff change, now July still waiting for my May, June and July prescription. New staff don't really care about patients wellbeing
