“Went to Killay pharmacy today I couldn’t get a GP appointment for my child after school. The pharmacist saw us quickly. Was lovely with my daughter, took his time doing a proper examination , explained everything very well. If didn’t feel rushed and was excellent customer service. I have got antibiotics for my daughter which I wouldn’t have been able to get if it wasn’t for him. Thanks !”

“Best chemist around. Will always offer to order in or offer an alternative if item out of stock. Gives good advice saves taking up a GP appointment. All staff are amazing and literally don't stop! Just wish people would cut them some slack as the way they get spoken to is shocking! Praise goes a long way. Thank you all for always going the extra mile especially with the added pressure. “Good variety of things in this boots! Had everything I was looking for today. Great range of skin care, hair products, other essentials, as well as a whole aisle for sun lotions which was great and lots of choice of items for children/babies too! Also has a photo printer where you can print from almost any device for reasonable prices! Staff I encountered here were lovely too!”

“I was visiting the area for a few days and my inhaler pump run out. I rang this chemist to explore buying one privately. The staff and especially the pharmacist was amazing, professional, genuine and helpful . I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough they definitely helped me out of a tricky spot.?!”

“In Response to BEV R's review.As we discussed with the patients representative the following day this was a miscommunication from the care agency who hadn't in fact contacted the Pharmacy at all and the patients meds were awaiting collection by care staff from 9am.Patient received meds the following day.”

“I came in to get an emergency prescription as I live in Bristol was seeing family while I was in Swansea and I just needed to provide some details and with a bit of a wait I had my emergency stash and I could go through the weekend without any worries! Only issue was the wait time was sat around for 35-40 mins but staff were helpful and friendly.”

“After my normal pharmacist sent me looking for my medication elsewhere I walked over to Caereithin Well. The pharmacist checked if they had stock and informed me of a known shortage on my dosage. She said my GP could just adjust the dosage and they could fill it for me. Apparently my pharmacists next door to my GP was not privy to a shortage nor advise me to go next door to my GP and adjust the dosage so I can fill it. So I walked back to the GP, to get my dosage changed, was told to come back at 17:30. I walk back to the GP in the evening then walk back over to Well Caereithin and arrive about 17:45. The pharmacist was understanding and was able to fill my prescription in a few minutes. I am so grateful for the kind and caring staff there. My husband and I are switching to them tomorrow as our normal provider.”

“I live locally and I go down on my own or with the misses several times a week. Subway eat your heart out. I get a loaded baguette with a new topping (chicken tikka Mayo is class) and salad and crispy onion every time I go. Baguettes are warm and fresh and the owner is a legend too, £5 for a huge stuffed baguette with crisps and a drink is 10x better than any other meal deal on the area.”

“Always get help in Boots Chemist especially with useful advice regarding medication. The boots cards ensures savings which can be a surprise when paying for goods - you might just find a purchase costs you nothing if you have enough money on your card to cover the bill. I also visit Boots in Swansea Morriston and Porthcawl. So yes I can safely say Boots are a great support.”

“Just got back from my first ever visit. They had all my drugs. They invited me to wait, so I obtained everything I needed there and then. The reception lady was a delight and her two assistants (that I saw briefly) were smily and friendly. Best of all, the customers were chatty and one gentleman in particular was so funny.
