“Always like this travel shop staff are always friendly & helpful we booked with Olivia this time and again lovely service, the only one problem can be parking specially if you have a mobility difficulty as if the car park is full behind the shop it can be hard to find parking unless your familiar with the area.”

“Booked a last min holiday cruise to the Caribbean through THG. Had a few hiccups after booking where we didn’t originally book the drinks package but wanted to add this on a day after booking. We contacted MSC who said it was possible but had to be done through THG as that’s who we originally booked with and wee still within our 7 day cancellation period. When we contacted THG we were told “absolutely no way” but after speaking to Gareth Rees he was able to sort this for us. Thanks Gareth - highly recommend!”
