I’m an infrequent visitor to Swansea but this restaurant would certainly become a favourite if I lived locally. Five stars!”
“We met with friends for a meal at the Cockleshell (Toby Carvery) next door, it's a half way meeting point for us. We saw the Home Bargains Store, so made a visit, larger store with a much larger display than we are used to. My wife quite enjoyed browsing, bought a few items we needed.”

Still good. Get your Christmas shopping here instead of the main supermarkets and save a few bob.”

“A nice large store (and car park!) with a wide variety of products available at the usual Lidl value for money prices. Always find the fresh produce excellent and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it can (as you'd imagine) get very busy at times especially during the school run.”
“It's great if you want your shopping delivered due to ordering heavy bulky items but not so great if you want to buy anything more than just microwave meals. More variety needed regarding fresh produce.”

“Much like every other Home Bargains store, you can find what you need. This one has plenty of disabled and parent parking. It often has better stock levels than the larger store down the road.The staff are always absolutely lovely and happy to help. The aisles are more than wide enough for a powerchair or large buggy but they are a bit short on wheelchair trolleys. I think I've only ever seen one.There are no toilets here, or nearby.”
“Fantastic local corner shop and post office. Staff are always on point, and go above and beyond including home deliveries to the vulnerable during the pandemic. Stock range is great for what is essentially a corner shop, able to compete on price with the big supermarkets on many product items. A blessing to the local community.”

“Have visited pub couple of times over last few weeks for dinner on 3 occasions & once on a lunchtime. Food has been excellent on each occasion. Warm baguette on lunchtime was lovely & real value for money. Evening meals also have been very good with generous helping. My favourite so far is the hickory chicken, whilst my partner really rates the jerk chicken but also really enjoyed the blue cheese beefburgers. This pub has become a firm favourite of ours but advise to book as it gets busy in evening when Food is being served.”

“Such a clean clutter free store. Wide aisles and so easy to navigate. Really accessible off the M4 into Llansamlet and theres more than adequate parking. Christmas stock is now in....and there is an abundance! Love this particular branch.”
