We went to SCS looking for a Sofa Bed the person we dealt with I believe her name was Jill was brilliant she was really helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions my son has autism so he was feeling all the fabrics etc and trying out the mechanisms and she was extremely patient and very knowledgeable.
