“I spoke with Sarah, I asked her for the firm bed locations, Sarah showed me the beds and left me to try them, advising to try in all sleeping positions, not just my back. I felt comfortable and was able to take my time. Sarah was very friendly and put me at ease. I had some pillow questions too and Sarah helped me identify the one that worked for me. This is a friendly store, I called back a few days later and felt it was the sort of store I could just call into for a chat.”

“Good size shop with plenty of parking and wheelchair friendly. Big choice of sofas and no pressure sales people. Maybe a coffee machine would be a nice option. Starf are very helpful when needed. Well worth a visit”

“We went to SCS looking for a Sofa Bed the person we dealt with I believe her name was Jill was brilliant she was really helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions my son has autism so he was feeling all the fabrics etc and trying out the mechanisms and she was extremely patient and very knowledgeable.
