Outstanding. Staff member went above and beyond to obtain a pair of shoes for me from another store within a week of me first entering the store. All staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Left fully informed of their exchange policy even though for sentimental reasons these boots will not be returned. I've had... read full comment
