Staff where very rude, doubted the purity of my items and offered 40% of the scrap value, a 2 minute walk up the road to regenerate I sold my items for more than double ramsdens offer which I was told was simply scrap value

Won't give daily prices over the phone when all other companies do , makes me think there price is going to be the lowest otherwise why hide it

Bought two gold chains from here and am happy with the items but the staff (manager I think) was very arrogant and cocky, very rude and should definitely not be dealing with customers, I will look at buying elsewhere in future as Ramsdens don't seem to want your custom.
