Rang on behalf of someone else this morning and recieptionist was very rude and abrupt despite my being polite to her. She couldnt hear a phone number I was reading out and contantly reminded me there were other people in the phone que. I understand the practice is busy but a bit more patience and understanding wouldnt go amiss especially when dealing with elderly patients who may not be so quick at responding as others.

My ongoing chronic pain has not been appropriately acknowledged by the medical professionals there. I was refused a referral for keyhole surgery or any treatment for the persistent pain that I have been experiencing for nearly twenty years.

A mess of a surgery. Had them ignore a phone appointment a few months back, never called when I had a fit note request where I had to follow up, then the next time they lied and said the form was blank and refused to fix it forcing me to redo the form. I would like to share my experience with this GP . In my opinion, it is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I went there at 9 a.m. with my special needs child who was in severe pain. Despite this, we were simply turned away with the excuse that appointments had to be booked by 8 a.m. How is it possible to book an appointment at 8 a.m. if my child only became unwell at 9? On top of that, the reception staff are rude, dismissive, and arrogant, offering no real help at all. This is completely unacceptable. I will be changing my GP immediately, and I can only advise others to avoid this practice.?

They didn't tell me x Ray results which could be the reason why in pain
The actual.GP did her best so that's why I gave an extra star but not to follow up an x Ray which has detected an issue is appalling

Love and i mean love being treated here although my issues dont get solved at least the doctors are trying to help in every which way they can...I just think consultations need to take a little bit longer but all being said and done they are cracking

Ordering repeat prescriptions is a farce. You cannot do it using the online form unless you click back month by month to your your birth year, which isn't so bad if you are young but if you are not it is discouraging and discriminates against the older patients, who are precisely the ones you might have more difficulty with dexterity..

I went there on Fri 22/11/24 to give my repeat prescriptions in. I was there at 6pm and they were closed. They were meant to close at 6:30pm. What's the point, of having closing times on the door? When your not following them.

last month on september 10'' 2024,i went to the front desk in person to make an appointment for a blood test because i was not feeling well . the receptionist accepted my request and wrote an appointment note and send a message to my mobile phone on the morning of septembber 17'. i went there on time on september 17', the nurse called me into room2 and took my blood pressure ,heart rate,height and weight,and then told me that i was in good health, then she said that she could not do a blood test for me, i said that i had made an appointment for a blood and showed her the appointment information ,but she still sent me away,as a rusult, i had abdominal pain for a week this week and it is only better today . i can not understand why they treat a patient seeking medical treatment like this?

The receptionists are so polite and helpful, and Dr Carys Whittett has been amazing she cares and does all tests possible to resolve the issue, we need more Dr's like her. Thank you Dr Whittett.

Receptionist?s are fantastic never had an issue, always helpful caring and compassionate, dealt with my autistic daughter today with allot of patience even though am running thin on them! Dr Jenkins clear and precise even though my head was in a tissie at wits end with her. With five deaths and a move of home no wonder her behaviour has spiralled, just hard very hard. Hope. The autistic link for adults can help her, will film out the form tomorrow. All nurses are fab with her in clinics so much patience. Can?t thank them enough actually always been there from generation to generation also helped my husband with his sight lost thank you all as a team xx
