My ongoing chronic pain has not been appropriately acknowledged by the medical professionals there. I was refused a referral for keyhole surgery or any treatment for the persistent pain that I have been experiencing for nearly twenty years.

A mess of a surgery. Had them ignore a phone appointment a few months back, never called when I had a fit note request where I had to follow up, then the next time they lied and said the form was blank and refused to fix it forcing me to redo the form.
