Just called into Jewsons Swansea for some timber for a couple of garden projects. We were helped by Craig who was really friendly and cheerful, advised us on what timber to use, helped us work out the measurements and then cut all the pieces to size for us - by hand! Couldn’t be arsed to process a refund so I had to chase up the website via emails because the couldn’t be bothered to process refund themselves. And the woman answering the phone (Leah) I think is a bit slow I think
