“Just called into Jewsons Swansea for some timber for a couple of garden projects. We were helped by Craig who was really friendly and cheerful, advised us on what timber to use, helped us work out the measurements and then cut all the pieces to size for us - by hand! He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you Craig! We then needed to get some screws etc. from inside their shop and another member of the team led us to where we could find the items we needed and gave us advice, and again he was really helpful and approachable. The price for the items we bought was also very reasonable, much better than I'm used to paying in the big DIY shops.
I highly recommend this store. I've got used to being let down by customer service and product quality so this experience really stood out as a complete exception! Thank you :)”
