If your Google maps says you open at 5:30am and your sign on the door says 6:30am? that?s a big difference. Fix it.

Who on earth designed the car park and road layout ??? They really need to go back to engineering school and on the way specsavers. Almost crashed the car on the way in as I thought it was an exit because of the two lines and the arrows on the road.
I think this needs addressing

Very poor experience with this store. Bought a pasty and packed of crisps and the pasty was fine but the crisps were stale. It was their own brand crisp and they were in date and so took them back to just get them exchanged and they refused to do so. Now the crisps were only around £1, but these seemed like very poor service to me. Management needs to change if that's how they treat their customers.

Nothing wrong with the service. But it's baltic outside, go in for a warm pasty and they are cold. Where's the logic!!

Bought 2 large sausage rolls yesterday. Not cooked through, pastry raw underneath. Surely need to check before point of sale.
Was offered another two, from the same batch on display. No thanks. Asked for money back. No apology at all.
