“the cafe in the Swansea store is great for coffee cake and a catch up! the cafe staff are amazing. really hard working but have excellent customer care. even when it's really busy they strive to please the customer. the food is freshly made so sometimes can take a little time to prepare but it's always good quality.”

“We went to next in Morfa yesterday to look for curtains. We could not find what we were looking for, but a young lady came to our assistance was very helpful and polite and could not do enough for us. She searched for them on the computer and came up with what we wanted, she went out the back and got a sample curtain for us to look at. She theHer name was Syeda what a wonderful young lady you are, we hope you go far. You changed our perception of young people, never been servd so politely .”

“There was a lovely woman in this particular branch on the high street who was incredibly helpful and absolutely lovely to have a conversation with. I didn't feel like I was a bother asking as many questions as I did and she answered them showing me she knew how to do her job. If I could give a 10/10 I absolutely would. More people should be hired like this lovely and lively lady. Definitely going to visit again.”

“Great store this one, usually has a good range of big brand stuff. Only downside is the location. It is just off M4 and close to city centre which is great but the estate has only one entrance and exit so it can take a while driving in and out at busy times. Also as it share the estate with the Liberty stadium it is a nightmare on match day( when spectators are allowed back). So my advice go mid week around 3pm.......”
