“My partner and I visited this store on Thursday the 28th of December to look for a pram we had seen online. At first we asked a member of staff about this pram and they got a bit confused as to what we were looking for and we were left thinking we needed to pay extra for something that we wouldn't actually need or use. We then saw Amelia and asked her to explain what the other member of staff had meant as we had a budget in mind and she explained everything to us and the extras we were told we would need, wasn't necessary. Even though she was busy herself, she kindly showed us the pram and how easy it was to clip on the car seat/change from baby to toddler. As it was the last pram on display, and we were worried our baby would make an arrival soon, having also being told delivery could have taken longer if we had bought it online, Amelia asked her manager to see if she could sell it to us and thankfully they agreed. No fuss of having to assemble it all when we got home, we wheeled it straight into the car. We often shop in Smyths store Swansea but if we need any more baby furniture then we know where and who to go to. Amelia is a credit to your store and rare these days to find a high level of customer service.”

“We did our first ever baby sensory class with Nat, and she set the bar HIGH! I came with my twin boys and we absolutely loved it. Nat makes beautiful activities for the babies, there is so much for them to explore. My babies favourite are always the bubbles, with the mega bubble machine, and the light shows. Nat, we can’t thank you enough and we have such fond memories from your class. The boys really enjoyed the class and most importantly had a huge sleep after and we have lunch in peace!! Thank you Nat, can’t wait to come back xxx”

That said, shopping in-store can be a bit chaotic depending on the time. Staff are usually helpful, though queues at the tills can get long during peak times.

“Really like this shop. Good quality clothing and prices are not that bad. Not such a large selection of accessories or footwear but plenty of choice in clothing. You can buy dresses for proms here and it has a nice selection of wedding items that can be worn for special occasions. Staff are friendly and returns are 14 days, not 28/31 like most places. Store in clean and centrally organised within the quadrant shopping centre.”

“Review relates to the makeup advisor at the rear of the store, the young Indian lady who does the makeup.... while it was not me that partook in makeup, it was my friend... she had a great service from a lovely young lady who was confident, easy to talk to and polite ... her work was done with minimum of fuss and my friend left feeling so much better.”

“Nice tidy store with spacious clean fitting rooms.It was very busy when I was there but nothing was to much trouble for the staff there. I couldn't find my size in a few tops I liked. I was approached by a member of staff who went to look to see if they had the sizes in their stockroom. Came back with a very similar alternative and they also said they could check availability on top I wanted and order it into store for me. I actually kept the alternative as it looked better and ordered another different one for collection. Great service, thank you”

“The store is always kept tidy and clean, it smells good too which can often be a turn off for people. The staff, mainly volunteers, are always friendly and helpful! The clothing is of good quality and organised well, easy to find what you are looking for, worth asking if you're after something specific as they have storage upstairs. Trendy, highstreet labels at really reasonable prices!! Jewellery, games, videos and DVDs this place has everything! ”

“Went to fat face on Saturday which we normally do every Saturday. New girl there on the till with glasses. What an inspiration to this shop. My wife is quite shy but she was fantastic with her.she said she was on her own as her boss was at lunch. She chatted with us and was such a fantastic employee. We left that shop on such a high. She searched for them on the computer and came up with what we wanted, she went out the back and got a sample curtain for us to look at.
