No point in complaining or giving low stars as boots have little interest in putting things right. Each response is exactly the same (no doubt AI) - no customer service whatsoever. Chemist is useless was getting pacths though nhs from here told to wait a hour for them to take one box off shelf and que was 45 minutes long just to ask for them free parking is only hour and half is reponce to your message you add its ok don't worry I will stick to my no smoking without your help not forfilling my prescription... read full comment

The women behind the counter was very rude iam diabetic type 1 and would not give me my senses for 2 hours I told her I need some food but can't as I don't now my levels.. she said not my problem very rede had red hair and a bold spot on top
