“Went here to have my tree of life ring engraved to pass on to my grandaughter for her 18th,was served by Jordan whom politely said yes this can be done, I explained that I needed it back for her 18th which was two weeks away and he assured me that would not be an issue,and if it was H/O would get in touch with me , I asked where the ring would be engraved and he said cardiff , he explained the ring would be picked up in two days and would be back the following week.Jordon made a note on the iPad of my details and put down my request that it should be returned if cannot be done by said date . Well Wednesday 13 th September I rang to find out where the ring was as it was 3 days to her birthday,thinking I was ringing the store but no it was H/O, straightaway she ( Ellie Little) said the store should not have promised you this as they ( all stores) know we have technical issues, apologies but it won’t be done , she went on and on blaming the store and that she would tell them that this is not our commitment to the customer at the moment as they have technical issues.I might add I read reviews on this service and it goes back months, and chose to ignore it ( my mistake), anyway I asked why did you not contact me as it’s says on the email you had to do so , Ellie reply was (technical issues) so basically they can’t read emails also! I demanded the ring be sent back and she assured me it would.Jordon rang me next day saying they had the ring ,really apologetic,and was very concerned he’d made a mistake, I assured him it was not him but H/O passing the buck , I picked up ring all cleaned and put in a lovely box and bag and had refund for the engraving.CARDIFF H/O. Sort your technical issues out and stop blaming your outlets and staff , for a welsh company this is disgusting .Big thank you to Jordon at swansea a credit to the shop .”

Welcomed us in (early none the less as we were waiting outside so the lovely manager opened the doors for us)Talkative and spoke to my daughter like a human asked her about herself and took an interest.Even gave us some local information on places to visit.Credit to the retail sector this lady needs a pay rise!”
