Visited for the first time in November and had a lovely stay. Crisis was averted by the lovely young attendent in the Spa as he told us they were closing at 4pm due to staff shortage which no mention was made of at reception when we checked in. Just a wander around during a course, lovely building, nice pleasant attitude from the staff, lovely grounds too.

The staff in this hotel were exceptional they couldn't do enough for you however, our room had not been prepared to an exceptable standard. The bathroom room bin was full of the previous clients rubbish the floor had not been hovered and no milk left.
