“Only went to collect something ordered online. Signage to the 'Click&Collect' desk was poor... Found it at the third time of looking - the sign was obscured by a wall at the exit of the escalator!Otherwise, the member of staff who helped me was really friendly, helpful and chatty so there was absolutely no issue there!”
