We are so impressed by a young staff member called Matty who couldn't do more to help at self service today. My husband is very impatient with these machines due to suffering with anxiety and panic attacks. He made him feel completely at ease. Thank you very much Matty. Done my shop went to the check out paid for my shopping the nice young lady asked if I wanted a bag or receipt I said I’m ok thank you because I have bags in the car and didn’t need a receipt then walked out with my trolley to be stopped by the lady manager who in front of everyone accused me of stealing the goods... read full comment
