Not a great start, rang up with symptoms and told to fill an e form out. Did that and was advised to ring 111. They said to get an appointment immediately. Rang Ty nant back and spoke to a rather surely receptionist. Was not happy with her attitude as she said hello 3 times in a off manner. It's funny, because you can her someone smile when they speak.The receptionists here are diabolical. Rang for results of hip and knee X-rays and receptionist said they are fine, was she a secret doctor???. Then got a referral from hospital to come in. Went in and have to see a physio therapist as I have issues to sort and strengthen with exercises. Doctors are great when you get past the surly receptionists.

You cannot get through on the phone and the online system is from 8am until 11am unless they decide to close it earlier. When you phone you are told to go on line and when you go on line you are informed that you cannot make an enquiry. Very poor.

Not happy after ringing 111 yesterday told me to try and get to see a nurse or someone to deal with my complaint went in to see them but they told me to resubmit a online in the morning as I try to but done it this again I wrong got a Tex saying to re do in th the morning again rang them up but no help so I give up

Terrible service been trying 5 days to get An appointment I have sleep apnea and had to sit up all night to be told the appointments where gone I said I didn't mind waiting 3 four weeks as long as I get one and she sed there is nothing she could do absolutely disgraceful I won't be leaving this here not at all how can I get an appointment with my conditions and the receptionist was rude and lacking customer skills bet she gets appointments anyone no the health baurds number worked doctors around

Absolutely appalling, can?t get through on phone, online form is stopped at 9am so can?t use that either. I actually drove to the surgery after trying by phone and online to get an appointment for my husband, to be told by the receptionist to phone, despite the fact I was there, or fill in the form. She then reluctantly filled in the form! Thankfully we?re rarely Ill or I wouldn?t have stayed with them for the 7yrs we?ve lived here.

Both myself and my mother have used this surgery and only given the option to see a nurse for a few minutes. If you need an actual doctor, you stand not a chance in hell. Very rude verbally abusive reception staff with no care or consideration for anyone at all. This surgery needs to be closed down as soon as possible as it is more trouble than it is worth!

I cannot fault my experience with Ty Nant, HPI.They helped me when nobody else could, when I felt truly at rock bottom. They went above and beyond to get me an appointment the same day, and I cannot express my gratitude enough, truly! I don?t know what I would?ve done without their help.Mark Shah-Hall (Occupational Therapist) listened to me intently, genuinely cared and wanted to help me as much as he could which I?ve not even had from my own managers at work.Thank you so much for everything, you all really don?t get the appreciation you truly deserve.

Good doctors but an awful prescription service. Constantly having to chase up scripts, often until the last day before meds run out. Hopeless service.

We are in prestatyn for a break with our 19 month old grandson he was taken ill early hours and because of the truly wonderful kind caring reception staff and a bloody amazing GP he is now on the mend .I have no words as to how grateful my wife and I are for your kindness you have turned a bad thing into a good thing .Your all a credit to the NHS truly a huge credit .From the bottom of our hearts thank you .Neil and Lisa Glanville and the patient Archie Bickerton who because of your kindness quick actions and a truly kind caring amazing GP is now asleep and calm

Total lack of interest in any health issues. Very hard even to get any response let alone treatment, you have to try some on-line form which closes almost as soon as it opens and then they often ignore it. Seriously, you'd be better off registering at the local vets.

Hard to contact surgery when you are profoundly deaf and can't get into their online forms as they get filled up quickly. Have no one to phone fir ne as i xabt hear in phone. I have been treated quite badly by the surgery at times But once you are able to see a doctor, most are very helpful.

went in to make an appointment . was told to do it by computer or phone , both of which lead nowhere for me , eventually told me i would hear in 48 hours . thank you , but please try and smile and cheer up ! Months later can i add i visited today and saw a lovely friendly receptionist and a nurse who could not have been nicer or more professional . ten out of ten x
