Not a great start, rang up with symptoms and told to fill an e form out. Did that and was advised to ring 111. They said to get an appointment immediately. You cannot get through on the phone and the online system is from 8am until 11am unless they decide to close it earlier. When you phone you are told to go on line and when you go on line you are informed that you cannot make an enquiry. Very poor.

Not happy after ringing 111 yesterday told me to try and get to see a nurse or someone to deal with my complaint went in to see them but they told me to resubmit a online in the morning as I try to but done it this again I wrong got a Tex saying to re do in th the morning again rang them up but no help so I give up
