“Always try to accommodate an appointment, I think everyone intends to forget how busy GPs can be in general but I've never had an issue getting an appointment. Some really good doctors doctor brown being one of my favourites. One of the better GPS in this area. Friendly in general. Had a few issues with prescriptions but nothing that hasn't been sorted .”

“Main entrance is on pavement level but some consulting rooms are downstairs, you have to ask for an upstairs room when booking an appointment if you cannot get downstairs, but staff are accommodating about arranging an upstairs room if needs be. Doctors and desk staff as well as nurses are brilliant.”
