“Had a lovely couple of days here. Friendly helpful staff, lovely clean and comfortable room. Top notch food. Big shout out to the veggie menu. A lot of places just stick one or two standard veggie meals on their menus as afterthoughts eg veg lasagne, mushroom risotto . It’s so refreshing to see that the owners/chef rate veggie food as important as the meat dishes. It was delicious , varied and original . Shame we weren’t there for the Sunday lunch . We ll be back .”

Nearby activities: There is a Harvester next door (note: closes 22:00) and a service station on the other side of the island.

Safety: The reception is maned over night.
