Nevern“What a beautiful traditional roast dinner served by the wonderful staff working, we was taken care of excellently, worth a trip for the service and calming atmosphere alone!”
“Very delightful stay. Newport itself is a lovely place and, on top of that, one of the best experiences I've ever had. I was here in mid-June for training purposes and stayed for five nights (I wish I would have stayed longer than that). My room was always kept clean, and I slept very well. Breakfast was really good.It felt very welcoming overall. Thanks for that.Highly recommend. However, the quality of the dinner has to improve just a little, but they were lovely too.”

19 Upper Dock St“David the bar-man was a fantastic individual & what an intense puffy ginger moustache he wears & wears it proudly. He served me a small whisky mixed with a hint of custard. I hope to see him again & that moustache again x”
“Newport is a lovely little village with quaint little pubs , plenty of small shops , lovely walks down the canal. WiFi in the hotel not much good unless you paid a fiver, staff were very friendly, room was a good size and very clean , we only had two small packs of coffee so if you're a big coffee drinker I'd take your own.”
“We were very impressed with our accommodation. Large room, all very clean. Had a partially disabled room which had many grab rails. Wanted a wet room but they were all taken. Had eating on site, seemed very popular but didn’t use that facility as meeting up with family. Certainly will stay here again.”
“We stopped here for a drink and dessert after dinner. The staff were very attentive. The food was great and the atmosphere in the bar was relaxed and friendly. The square makes a beautiful backdrop and feels like you're in the mediterranean. We'll be back !”
“Honestly you can’t fault it. Immaculate rooms, large TV, nice bathroom, warm and spotlessly clean.Great location, 10 minutes walk to town centre and a Beefeater next door and friendly reception team.”

66 Bridge St“Sarah on reception couldn't do enough to help. Absolutely amazing service. Rooms were immaculate and couldn't of got better value anywhere. The rooms have been refurbished recently by the looks of it. Charging slots right by the bed were handy. 5 star!”
“Stayed overnight in Daisy (the elderly camper van). The staff were lovely as was the beer and breakfast (not at the same time). Pretty village with ruined castle and church (complete with Celtic cross). The river holds sea trout and salmon so well worth a return visit next year.”
