Dreadful staff! No willingness to help or explain anything, was just told to go online or book an appointment even though staff were stood around doing nothing. Very rude!

Twice I've tried to pay money in at 2.30pm and you've been closed despite hours showing on website as 3pm. Either you're a bank or not!One member of staff on counter serving a queue whilst two members of staff direct you to the machines.No way to treat customers!
