And as for the chap who had to wait in the rain, hellooooo, there's a Pandemic on you muppet, only a certain number of people allowed in branch at any one time. You could've gone to B&M to buy a few Haribo to suck on whilst you were waiting, the sour ones would've been perfect for you. You do leave a lot of negative reviews don't you . . . . . “Staff are extremely welcoming and have a particularly well organised system in relation to COVID 19 hygiene within the bank. I was attended to quickly by a member of staff named Kim, who illustrated exceptional customer service. As someone who isn't particularly confident in using online banking, this member of staff patiently talked me through the Santander app and helped me attend to my other needs. The ATM machines are modern, easy to use and all staff were pleasant. Great branch!”

“I am not sure of the gentleman’s name but today (14/10/2020) a stranger was following me through the city Centre and videoing/ taking pictures of me. The gentleman allowed me to wait in the back room until is was safe to come back out. He watched me walk down the high street to ensure I was safe. I would like to say thank you so much to this man. He is an asset to the bank.”
“Having to stand in the same queue as people who need to see a bank financial person, it means for people who just want to deposit cash, the cash macines stand empty whilst people are having to queue for over an hour outside to use a cash machine”
